Poly Foam Concrete Lifting & Leveling
What is mudjacking or poly leveling?
Mudjacking & poly concrete leveling (also referred to as slab jacking, concrete lifting, foam jacking, etc) are solutions to fixing uneven, sinking, or sagging concrete. For instance, if your driveway slabs are uneven and a tripping hazard, concrete leveling is the process by which we fix and level the slabs so they are nice and even, and safe from tripping. Basically we lift & raise and level concrete.
So what type of concrete leveling do you offer?
We specialize in foam concrete lifting. However many people refer to it as mudjacking, so we mention both. Poly foam raising is stronger, less messy, and barely noticeable when we’re done. Mudjacking on the other hand doesn’t last as long and you end up with sizable holes in your concrete. It’s also a messier process. For those reasons we focus on lifting concrete with foam.
What types of concrete areas can you fix?
We offer concrete leveling services for a number of problem areas, including sidewalks, driveway leveling, garages, steps, patios, porches, garage floors, and interior & exterior slabs. We offer both residential mudjacking in Mequon, and commercial mudjacking. We specialize in using polyurethane foam to raise and lift concrete.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Milwaukee County, but also service Waukesha County, Washington Counties, Ozaukee County, Sheboygan County and other surrounding areas such as Wauwatosa, West Allis, Brookfield, Elm Grove, New Berlin, Greenfield, Greendale, Franklin, Muskego, Brown Deer, Glendale, Mequon, Fox Point, Menomonee Falls, Butler, St. Francis, Germantown, Richfield, Hubertus, Whitefish Bay, Slinger, West Bend, and more.

Why do you need your concrete leveled?
The grade of your household is more important than you think. With Midwestern rain and conditions, the level of your walks can be key to keeping your foundation dry and dependable. Whether it’s a gap within your porch or a small slant toward your home, mudjacking can be the key to fixing your pavement.
How much does mudjacking / poly leveling cost?
Our minimum charge for any total project is $675. However, the price can range to a few thousand dollars depending on what needs to be done. An average job for us usually run around $1000 or so. There are a number of variables that affect pricing, but we’re happy to stop out and provide a free estimate. Just call us.
What can happen if you put off leveling your pavement?
Rain, rot and mold are all very real problems. The health of your family and your home are dependent upon your foundation. Also known as slab jacking or mud pumping, mudjacking (or concrete leveling) of your exterior is the easiest way to ensure that moisture doesn’t enter your home. Using an accredited contractor not only keeps your concrete level, but it can also settle your mind.
What causes concrete settling?
Washout, drying, shrinking and poorly compacted soils are some of the reasons that concrete can settle and crack, leaving you with an uneven surface. Critters can dig beneath and case voids. Also one often overlooked cause is underground plumbing leaks. If you have under-slab piping, slow leaks can cause soil to wash away, leaving a void below your slab. Soil displacement can lead to bumpy sidewalks, buckling driveways or even a cracked foundation. Polyurethane foam is a great way to fill in voids and prevent long term damage to your concrete.
Why fix your concrete instead of replace?
Replacing your concrete slabs can be a costly proposition. Mudjacking & poly leveling companies cost far less than tearing out and replacing concrete. Labor alone can take up to 8 hours for workers replacing concrete. However fixing a slab that is crooked may only take a few hours and no drying time. Unlike replacing a slab, most mudjacking can be walked on within minutes of the process.
Do I need to be home during this process?
You only need to be home if your cracked concrete is in the interior of your home or garage. If you need garage floor leveling, you will need to be home. Outdoor surfaces such as patio raising, sidewalk leveling or driveway repair can be done at any time with your permission.
Can you raise asphalt or pavers?
No. We can only lift concrete surfaces.
